Pico de Gallo is a simple snack time favourite for me. How can you say no to a dip can be whipped up in seconds?
This fresh snack is always on my mind because of how fresh and yummy it is. I also love that most, if not all of the the ingredients can be found in your kitchen at any given time.
I love enjoying Pico de Gallo for so many different occasions. It is great to snack on for Game Day, after a workout, as a topping to freshen up some fabulous dishes like tacos, poutine, a veggie pita pizza, and more!
Another reason I love Pico de Gallo? The different pops of flavour I get with every bite. I get the sweetness of the tomatoes. The pungent flavour of the onion. The slight kick of the peppers, and the lively hug the lime juice brings to bring all of these ingredients together.
